Hello friends,
My name is Susan Akuchinyere Adebiyi (née Ironuah), I’m a two-time kidney transplant patient. I had my first kidney transplant in 2008 (Grant Medical Foundation, Ruby hall hospital Pune India) and after 5 years it failed because i was given expired drugs. I went back again for a second kidney transplant in 2015 (Fortis Hospital Bangalore India), which the doctors now said has failed again.
I lost my mum and younger brother to kidney disease in 1999/2000 respectively. And my elder brother is also a one-time kidney transplant patient(2015). Sadly, we were born with polycystic kidney disease.
I had to resume dialysis immediately, because my life was at stake even though I dreaded that painful and killing dialysis.
I was advised to go for another transplant, and to embark on the India medical trip, It will cost me between $25,000-$30,000.
I just want to live, I just want to be free of all these pains, I want to have a normal life, I want to my destiny.
With an Optimistic heart, I ask that you help me in any way possible. Nothing is too small, any amount you can give me will make significant impact. please I don’t want to die.
I also plead that you remember me in your prayers … That God should please show me mercy and heal me.
